Irish Potato Bake
Irish Potato Bake is an moderately easy British dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Made with c. corn chex, crushed to 2 c., . butter, melted, . chopped broccoli, cooked and drained, c. mashed potatoes, seasoned to taste and c. american cheese, shredded or sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350°.
Butter sides and bottom of casserole dish. Combine Corn Chex and butter; set aside.
Combine broccoli, mashed potatoes, sour cream, garlic powder and seasoned salt. Pour 1/2 of this mixture into casserole dish.
Top with 1/2 cup of American cheese, then 1/2 cup of Corn Chex mixture.
Layer remaining broccoli, cheese, Corn Chex, in that order.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
