Iris' Chicken
Iris' Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 12 chicken thighs, skin removed (thighs are tastier than breasts), 1 can campbell's golden mushroom soup, 1/4 c. water, 6 oz. box stove top stuffing for chicken and cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
👨🍳 Instructions
Place chicken thighs in shallow casserole.
Mix soup with 1/4 cup of water and pour over chicken.
Cover with thin cheese slices, then place Stove Top stuffing on top.
Bake at 325° to 350° for
1 hour.
Freezes beautifully.
Nice served with asparagus or Chinese pea pods.
