Irene's Chocolate Fudge
Irene'S Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. milk, 1 sq. chocolate, chipped, 1 to 2 tbsp. karo (clear) and 1/4 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bring to a boil, stirring continuously sugar, milk, chocolate and Karo.
When reaches a hard-boiled stage, remove from heat and add oleo, vanilla and pecans.
Beat or stir vigorously until begins to harden.
Pour out onto buttered plate.
