Ione'S Tomato Aspic is an easy dinner. Made with 1 - 14 oz. can stewed tomatoes, 1 small pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 t. cider vinegar and 1 t. chopped green chili peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat tomatoes, soften gelatin in vinegar.
Add to warm tomatoes stir until dissolved.
Then add chili peppers. Refrigerate until firm.
Present servings on lettuce leaf with daub of mayo.
