Instant Peach Pie
Instant Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant french vanilla pudding, 1 c. milk, 1 pt. sour cream and 3 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine pudding mix, milk, sour cream and almond extract in bowl.
Beat 1 minute with wire whisk.
Pour into pie shell.
Let sit until filling is set.
Arrange peach slices on top of pie.
In a small saucepan, heat preserves and water; stirring until mixture begins to bubble.
Cool slightly and spoon over peaches. Refrigerate.
