Instant Cheese Cake
Instant Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. hot water, 3 tbsp. unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. plus 2 tsp. lemon juice, 3 egg yolks and 3/4 c. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Blend in blender for 45 seconds the hot water, unflavored gelatin and lemon juice.
Add and blend for 10 seconds the egg yolks, cream cheese and sugar.
Add and blend for 10 seconds the whipping cream and vanilla, then add one at a time and blend after each 15 to 20 ice cubes.
Pour into crust.
I like graham cracker crust.
