Inside-out Stuffed Chicken
Inside-Out Stuffed Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing mix, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/3 c. milk and 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix and melted butter or margarine; toss well.
In a medium bowl, stir together soup and milk.
Dip chicken into soup mixture and then into stuffing, pressing with hands to coat.
Place on an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake in a 375Β° oven for 1 hour.
Serves 3 or 4.
