Mix syrup, shortening, flour, brown sugar, egg, cocoa and black coffee, then add nutmeg, cinnamon, ground cloves, raisins, peanuts, ginger, raisins and chopped prunes.
Mix well and bake in greased and floured pan.
Bake in slow oven for 1 hour.
