Indonesian Fried Rice
Indonesian Fried Rice is an impressive Chinese dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. In electric skillet, brown onion in a little oil.
Add pork or shrimp; brown.
Add frozen vegetables, celery and scallions. Simmer for a few minutes.
Add Arturo's sauce; stir good.
Add cooked rice; mix and let simmer until rice is hot.
Add soy sauce. Garnish with scrambled egg, cut in strips or pieces.
