Individual Olive Salads is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. whole ripe olives, 1/2 c. cider vinegar, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Olives from pits.
Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and bring to boil. Remove from heat and add to gelatin. Moisten in water and stir to dissolve.
Pour hot mixture over beaten eggs, stirring briskly.
Horseradish, mustard, onion salt, lemon juice, carrots, fresh fruit and olives. Stir to blend.
Cool until thick but not firm. Add mayonnaise and stir.
Pour into individual molds.
Chill until firm and serve on salad greens.
