Indian Slaw
Indian Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. cabbage, grated, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. wesson oil, 1 c. vinegar and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix the cabbage, carrots, onions and peppers together.
Take out 1 tablespoon sugar, then sprinkle rest over cabbage mixture. Bring oil, vinegar, celery seed, salt and the 1 tablespoon of sugar to a rapid boil and pour over the cabbage.
Refrigerate for 9 days.
(May be eaten sooner, but is better after 9 days.)
