Indian Pudding
Indian Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. cornmeal, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine cornmeal, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Scald milk and pour over mixture.
Stir well, then add molasses and raisins.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Stir twice during early baking.
Set oven at 375Β°.
