Indian Corn Casserole
Indian Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, well beaten, 1/4 c. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese and 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine eggs, flour and sugar; beat well.
Add cheese and corn.
Stir in 3/4 of the bacon.
Pour mixture into ungreased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining bacon over top. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Yields 8 servings.
