Indian Corn
Indian Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (17 oz.) whole kernel corn, 3 bacon slices, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1 small onion, minced and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut bacon into small pieces; fry until crisp, drain, reserving 2 tablespoons fat.
In reserved fat, saute green pepper and onion until tender.
Add corn, salt and pepper; heat thoroughly over medium heat.
Add cream; cook 1 minute, stirring.
Stir in bacon. Serve immediately.
