Indian Chow-Chow is an easy dinner. Made with 12 large ripe tomatoes, 9 large onions, chopped, 6 green apples, peeled and cut in small bits, 3 c. brown sugar and 1 tbsp. mixed pickling spices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put spices in 2 bags.
Mix remaining ingredients with 1 tablespoon salt and boil together until apples are done.
Put in jars and seal.
