Indian Bread
Indian Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 2 c. flour, 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and flour to make soft dough (additional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix milk, 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt, then add enough flour to make soft dough.
Roll out and cut in strips.
Fry in deep, hot fat until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and eat while still hot (or can dip "sticks" into warm honey or syrup as you eat).
