Impossibly Easy Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 envelopes (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix, 2 cans (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained and 1 1/2 c. original bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 375Β°. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
Cook beef and onion in skillet over medium heat until brown; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix.
Sprinkle with chilies.
Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs until blended.
Bake 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
