Impossible Turkey Pie
Impossible Turkey Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cut up, cooked turkey or chicken, 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained, 1/2 tsp. sliced green onions with tops, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese (4 oz.) and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch. Sprinkle turkey, onions, cheese, mushrooms and salt in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand mixer.
Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Makes 7 servings; 145 calories per serving.
