Impossible Taco Pie
Impossible Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey or beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix, 4 oz. shredded cheddar or jack cheese and 3/4 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Spray 10-inch pan.
Cook meat and onions; stir in seasoning mix, cook to blend.
Spread in pie pan. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth.
Pour over meat mixture.
Bake 25 minutes, then top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
Top with lettuce and tomatoes, if desired.
