Impossible Taco Pie
Impossible Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 envelope taco seasoning, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained and 1 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2-inches.
Cook and stir beef and onion until brown.
Drain.
Stir in taco seasoning mix.
Spread in pie plate.
Beat milk, Bisquick mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in a blender or on high for 1 minute in a mixer.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Top with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake 8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, topped with grated cheese.
Put green lettuce around edge and tomatoes.
