Impossible Taco Pie
Impossible Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, 1 1/4 c. milk, 3 eggs and 1 c. monterey jack or cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
Cook and stir beef and onions until brown; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Top with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake until a knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean (8 to 10 minutes).
Cool 5 minutes.
Top with sour cream, tomatoes and cheese, if desired.
Serves 6 to 8.
