Heat oven to 400Β°.

Grease 10-inch dish or 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.

Cook and stir ground beef and onions until brown and drain. Stir in seasoning mix as directed.

Spread in plate; sprinkle with chilies.

Beat milk, Bisquick mix and egg until smooth.

Pour into plate.

Do not stir.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Take out and sprinkle with cheese and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Cool for 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce, if desired.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
