Impossible Taco Pie
Impossible Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, 1 1/4 c. milk and 3/4 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Brown hamburger and onions.
Drain.
Stir in seasoning mix.
Spread in plate.
Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth.
Pour over hamburger mixture.
Bake 25 minutes.
Top with cheese.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
Serves 6 or 8 people.
