Impossible Seafood Pie
Impossible Seafood Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat/shrimp, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 c. milk, 4 eggs and dash of nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Lightly grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Mix crabmeat/shrimp, cheeses and onions in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute beating by hand.
Pour into pie plate and bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
