Impossible Quiche
Impossible Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices bacon or 1/2 lb. crumbled, fried sausage, 1 (about 4 oz.) c. shredded natural swiss cheese, 1/3 c. finely chopped onion, 2 c. milk and 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly grease 9-inch or 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle meat, cheese and onion in the bottom of the pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container.
Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute. Pour into plate and bake until brown (about 50 to 55 minutes).
I like this best with sausage. Serves 6 people.
