Impossible Quiche
Impossible Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices bacon (about 1/2 lb.), crisply fried and crumbled, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese (about 4 oz.), 1/3 c. finely chopped onion, 2 c. milk and 1/2 c. bisquick baking mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container.
Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute.
Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 55 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
