Impossible Quiche
Impossible Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 or 12 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled, 1 c. shredded swiss or monterey jack cheese, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. biscuit mix (rounded), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put bacon, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese and onion in buttered pie plate.
Mix milk, biscuit mix and eggs in blender for 1 minute.
Pour over bacon, onion and cheese.
Sprinkle with pepper. Bake at 375Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
