Heat oven to 450Β°.
Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches. Sprinkle chilies and cheese in plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into plate.
Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Serve with sour cream or guacamole. Serves 6 to 8.
