Impossible Pie
Impossible Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut, 1 tall (13 oz.) can milnot, 1/3 c. water, 4 eggs and 1 1/8 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Butter the bottom of a 10-inch (glass) pie pan.
Spread with coconut. Place all other ingredients in blender container.
Blend well on high speed.
Carefully pour over coconut.
Be sure coconut is moistened.
Bake in oven at 350Β° approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned and firm.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
Surprise!
It forms its own crust.
