👨‍🍳 Instructions

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla with an electric blender.

Mix on low speed for 3 minutes.

Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.

Let stand about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
