Impossible Pie
Impossible Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand milk, 1 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix, 3 eggs and 1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In blender container, combine all ingredients, except coconut.
Blend on low 3 minutes.
Pour mixture into greased 10-inch pie plate.
Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut over top.
Carefully place in oven; bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean.
Cool slightly.
Serve warm or chilled.
Refrigerate leftovers.
