Impossible Mexican Pie
Impossible Mexican Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 4 oz. green chilies and 1 c. jack cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Fry ground beef and drain grease.
Mix with taco seasoning. In glass pie dish, layer ground beef, onion, green chilies and Jack cheese.
In blender, mix milk, Bisquick, eggs and hot sauce. Pour over layered mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 400Β°.
Let pie cool 5 minutes before serving.
