Impossible Lasagna Pie
Impossible Lasagna Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, 1 can tomato paste and 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease pie pan (10 x 1 1/2-inches). Cook and brown; drain.
Stir in oregano, basil, tomato paste and 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese.
Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in pan. Spoon beef mixture over top. Beat
Bisquick eggs, salt and pepper until smooth, 1 minute with mixer. Pour into pan. Bake until knife out clean,
35 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cool 5 minutes.
