Impossible Lasagna Pie
Impossible Lasagna Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Heat oven to 400Β°. Spread cottage cheese in greased 9-inch pie plate.
Cook ground beef; drain.
Stir in 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, salt, oregano and tomato paste; spoon over cottage cheese.
Stir milk, baking mix and eggs with fork until blended.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 1 or 2 minutes or until melted.
Makes 8 servings.
