Impossible Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 c. peanut butter and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg; add sugar and beat until creamy.
Add vanilla and peanut butter.
Mix well.
Form 1-inch balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350Β°.
Let cookies harden on cookie sheet a few minutes.
Makes 30 to 40 cookies.
