Impossible Coconut Pie
Impossible Coconut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, beaten, 1 1/2 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 2 c. milk and 7 or 8 oz. pkg. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat the first 4 ingredients well. Add the melted butter, vanilla and coconut.
Blend well. Butter 2 pie plates and pour mixture in them.
(Makes its own pie crust.)
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes. When cold it slices real well.
