Impossible Cheeseburger Pie
Impossible Cheeseburger Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
Brown beef and onion; drain.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Spread in pie plate.
Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute on high with hand mixer.
Pour over meat mixture in pie plate.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes.
Cut into 6 to 8 servings.
