Heat oven to 400Β°. Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Brown beef and onion; drain.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Spread in pie plate.
Beat milk, Bisquick mix and eggs until smooth.
Pour over meat.
Bake for 25 minutes or until done in center.
Top with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake another 5 to 8 minutes.
