Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Spread into 9 inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Stir milk, eggs and Bisquick mix with fork until blended.
Pour on top of ground beef and cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
