Impossible Bacon Pie
Impossible Bacon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices crisp bacon or more, 1 c. shredded natural swiss cheese, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1/3 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease (Pam) a 10-inch quiche dish or 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients for 1 minute with electric mixer.
Pour into plate.
Bake until knife comes out clean (35 to 40 minutes). Cool 5 minutes.
