Impossible Bacon Pie
Impossible Bacon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices crisp bacon, crumbled, 1 c. swiss cheese (optional), 1/3 c. chopped onions, 2 c. milk and 1 c. bisquick baking mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease pie plate.
Sprinkle bacon in plate.
Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper together and pour over bacon.
Bake until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes and cut.
Serves 6.
