Impossible Bacon Pie
Impossible Bacon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled, 1 c. shredded natural swiss cheese (about 4 oz.), 1 c. bisquick, 1/3 c. chopped onion and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease large pie plate.
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into plate.
Bake until inserted knife comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes and garnish with tomato slices and bacon strips if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
