Impossible Bacon Pie
Impossible Bacon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 crisp slices bacon, crumbled, 1 c. shredded natural swiss cheese (4 oz.), 1/3 c. chopped onion, 2 c. milk and 1 c. baking mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Lightly grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender (high) or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 400Β° for about 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Serves 6.
