Imperial Pound Cake
Imperial Pound Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. imperial margarine, 1 lb. confectioners sugar, 6 eggs, 3 c. sifted cake flour and 1 c. chopped walnuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Mix well.
Slowly add flour until mixture is smooth.
Add walnuts; mix well.
Grease and flour cake pan and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Batter also makes 2 lamb cakes.
Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
