Mix crumbs with grated cheese. Add garlic salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
Dip lightly salted chicken in melted butter. Roll in crumbs. Place on baking sheet, fat side of breast up.
Be sure top of breast is covered with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
