Imitation Ham Loaf
Imitation Ham Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 1/2 lb. ground hot dogs, 1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs or bread crumbs, 1 egg, beaten and 1 or 2 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; set aside 1/2 of this for last.
Mix the remaining ingredients with meat mixture and shape into loaf.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Baste with sugar mixture or pour over top before baking.
Cut slit in loaf to pour mixture or to baste.
