Iced Almonds
Iced Almonds is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. blanched whole almonds, pecan halves, walnut halves or cashews, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Line baking sheet with foil; butter the foil.
In heavy 8-inch skillet, combine nuts, sugar and margarine.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly 9 minutes or until sugar melts and turns a rich brown color.
Remove from heat.
Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet.
Cool completely.
Break into clusters. Store tightly covered.
