Icebox Rolls

Dissolve yeast cake or package of dry yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water.
Teaspoon sugar.
Into a large mixing bowl put cup sugar, salt, fat, egg and 1 cup warm water. Beat thoroughly.
Gradually, about 4 cups flour.
Knead. Put into to rise until double in bulk.
Press down and place in icebox until needed.
