Icebox Rolls
Icebox Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. warm water, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix yeast, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and warm water.
Let stand until yeast rises.
Mix remaining ingredients, stirring in enough flour to make dough stiff enough to knead.
Put into a greased bowl and grease top of dough to keep from crusting.
Put in a warm place until doubled in size.
Knead dough, adding enough flour to prevent sticking to hands.
Either roll out into rolls or refrigerate.
Grease top of dough.
Bake at 350Β° until brown.
