Icebox Rolls
Icebox Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. scalded milk, 2 heaping tsp. lard or butter, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix scalded milk, lard or butter, salt and sugar together. When cool, add eggs and cake yeast dissolved in 1 cup of lukewarm water.
Stir stiff.
Work in flour.
Put in warm place to rise. Knead again and put in icebox.
Use dough when desired.
Shape and let rise 2 or 3 hours before baking.
